Sorry, been busy. That is the surname of the individual who sued the VA over the blue water Navy in Nehmer v. US Government.

Thanks for the info. I've got a claim in now under the blue water Navy part of Agent Orange. Did you submit one of the stories or some other documentation?

I have been diagnosed with prostate cancer stage 3 from the VA in Saginaw Mi. and I am working with our County VSO to file a claim but they say the Cochrane is not on the list of ships that qualify for Agent Orange claims. I was onboard 11 July 1972 to 2 March 1973. Looking for any documents to help my claim.
