How have you been?? Do you happen to have either Barry's correct e-mail address and/or his phone number. Judy and I both think that we ought to check up on them to see if they're alright. Also, I e-mailed at the address at International Shipbreaking, Ltd. and the message came back.

Thanks, Bruce. I've sent a message to Barry and his wife wishing them well on behalf of the USS Cochrane Association, and will let everyone know when I hear from him. I feel that he was there for us when we needed him, and we should let him know that we are there for him.

I sent a message to the link listed in the International Shipbreaking, Inc. and it was returned. I wonder if they're still breaking ships???

After trying a couple of times to e-mail Barry and Cindy Chambers, I got their phone number from directory assistance. I called Brownsville, and got their answering machine. I left a message with both my e-mail address and phone number, and asked Barry if he could let us know his status after the bridge collapse. As soon as I hear from him, I will relay it to those of you who know Barry.
