I just opened it. It's too small to tell whether it's the Star Trek Cochrane or the one we know. The entire model is about 3 inches long, and I think you need a microscope to put it together. Save your money on this one.
Funny thing is that it was made in China. Remember that Chinese fishing boat we were tailing. Now we know what they were really doing there.

I fell for it too. The model is way too small for my shaking hands to try the assembly. It looks better in the box.

I can't believe we fell for that one. The catalog didn't say anything at all about the size, and I figured it would be just like any model I've ever put together. I was going to bring my to Brownsville for laughs, and to make sure none of the other guys fall for this one too. I don't think I want to pay $100.00 John, but I'll bet you that one would be coming out by Revell or somthing like that that our old hands can actually put together.

Dave, that really is a good looking box it comes in, isn't it?

I went into that website and I could not find a 1/350 scale of an Adams class destroyer. If it was good I would pay the price. I built a 1/700 scale already. It was small but it is a good replica of the Cochrane. The best part was seeing the Cochrane name on the box. Let me know if you know anymore about that model.
