I have given the by laws to my attorney and he and I talked about it today and He is moving forword with this. We will be incorporated in the State of Montana as a Non profit and he is also applying for a tax exempt status for the Org.

When we get our certificate of Incorporation Don Reed will be opening a bank account and we will have some place to send dues and any other monies. We will also be able to write checks, etc.

Sorry this has taken so long but is now in drydock awating the flooding so that we can get under way. Light all boilers---well we might want to wqait for the water to get up to the intakes first.

We have the articles of incorporation from my attorney, the board is looking them over and we expect to file them by the end of next week. We should be street legal shortly.

The By Laws that were passed by the board remain in effect and have not been changed yet. After we take a close look at what we need for the IRS we may have to further define our purposes.

I will keep all informed. The dry dock is filling and we should be aflot soon.

We now have or second piece of paper work for the state of Montana and we must now start on the Federal Paper which I will send around to the board members soon.
With any luck we should be looking good by the reunion
