i am looking for one of my best friends when i was in the navy. he served with me on the USS Cochrane from 88 to 90. his name is Andre Maxwell he lived in somewhere in New York before he entered the Navy. we also went to A school together.if any body knows of his whereabouts i would appreciate it if you would email me.
