How about some music association with our times on the old Bronco? Here are some of mine, bet you have a special association or two--

Sonny and Cher--"I Got You Babe" (9/65-peeling spuds as mess cook)
Buck Owens--"Together Again" (1966 cruise-shitkicker bars in Yokouska)
Nancy Sinatra-"These Boots Were Made for Walkin'" (1967-Pearl Yards)
Otis Redding--"Sittin' On the Dock of the Bay" (1968-belated Freedom/separation)

What songs do you remember?

Walk Don't Run 64 - 1964- Pearl- loved the song and it's the reason I started playing guitar. Finally got to see and meet the Ventures once in 83 and again in 88. Mel Taylor the drummer died a couple of years ago from lung cancer.
Wild Thing- 65 or 66- Pearl- By the Troggs I think
Wooly Bully- 65? Pearl- Sam The Sham And The Pharohs
Monday Monday-65-66- Pearl- Mommas and The Poppas
Pretty Woman-65- Pearl-Roy Orbison
House Of The Rising Sun- 64-65- Pearl- The Animals
Gentle On My Mind-67- Pearl- Glen Campbell
Satisfaction-65- Pearl- The Rolling Stones
I can think of a lot more than I feel like typing. I have always used music to help jog my memory of where , what, and when.
