Chief...not exactly sure of the sequence of formalities to be followed, but eventually the association would need to gain a non for profit oganizational status. At the reunion I made it known that two of my younger siblings are attorneys in Dallas, and that they be assist on getting us established as such. When we get to that point I can approach them on the follow up....regards, Sal

My lovely sister, Attorney Mary Elizabeth Cedillo Esq., Head Counsel for Dallas Catholic Charities, address: 5314 Goodwin-Dallas Texas 75206, has agreed to provide legal assistance with getting us kicked off as a non for profit Texas Incorporated Association.

As with most Pro Bono legal assistance, this may take a longer period of time than if we had hired someone by the hour. Nevertheless, I've a meeting with our legal counsel on the 4th of July, at which time we'll light the fuse to these legal firecrakers, to see how much of a bang resounds. Remeber, I was a Gunner, so I really like to make some nose, be heard, aim for and hit a target, and it runs in the family. I'll keep the Cochrane Association officers duly updated with any progress that the association makes as it occurs. Thanks and best regards, Sal
